Manuela ( 7 ), sueña con la celebración del día de la Independencia en su escuela y la posibilidad de ganar el concurso del “mejor vestido folclórico”. Mientras, su hermano Gabo ( 16 ), enfrenta el riesgo de protestar en las calles esperando acabar con la dictadura del Chile de 1988.
Seven-year-old Manuela dreams of winning the “best folkloric dress” contest in her school’s commemoration of Independence Day. Meanwhile, her brother Gabo ( 16 ) takes the risk of protesting in the streets in hopes of putting an end to the dictatorship of Chile in 1988.
